I won. 🏆
Innovative Counsellor of the Year from my incredible industry body for my program The PMDD Reset Method.
There were no speeches, just champagne 🥂 but here’s what I want to shout from the rooftops:
Cycle syncing isn’t a wellness trend. It’s essential infrastructure for women’s health care. And it’s been missing from counselling for too long.
Women’s problem-solving is cyclical. We notice the problem in luteal. We sit with it in menstruation. We plan in ovulation. We act in follicular. Our counselling should work with that, not against it.
Especially for women with PMDD.
PMDD has a higher su***de rate than depression. These women aren’t dramatic. They’re not difficult. They need practitioners who understand the cycle well enough to know when to hold the boundary for them, when to say “not now” to the big decisions, and when to actually have the hard conversation.
That’s the work. That’s what got recognised today.

Yesterday I had two of my regular 1:1 clients in, and both are doing genuinely brilliantly with their PMDD management. So we had the conversation I love having. Time to wind down our 1:1s and lean into the group.
The missing piece in PMDD healing isn’t more sessions with me. It’s community. Women who get it, doing the work alongside you. That’s what The PMDD Reset Method™ membership is, and everything shifts when you have it. 🥂
