Sometimes a song says exactly what you’re feeling.

“You’ve gotta paint your own world.”

Looking back at this journey from a few years ago, I realise that’s exactly what I’ve been doing with Rinascentia®.

Not just creating skincare, but creating something that feels true and authentic to who I am.

Today’s lesson came from architect Juhani Pallasmaa. (Yes I am studying again). He reminds us that life isn’t about chasing extraordinary moments. It’s about revealing the extraordinary hidden within the ordinary.

We stopped listening to our skin
somewhere along the way…

And instead…
we started following everything else.

The trends.
The noise.
The constant pressure to do more… be more… fix more.

But the truth is—

And it doesn’t respond to being overwhelmed.

This is something I’ve always felt.

Even decades ago…
before trends, before “clean beauty” became a movement—
I was already formulating my own skincare.

Because something never quite felt right.

And now… it’s louder than ever.

When the truth has always been much quieter than that.

After becoming a mum…
I started to see things differently.

Because something shifts.

You feel a responsibility…

Because what I was seeing in myself—
and in other women—

It was depletion.

A kind of depletion that goes beyond skincare.

I was making my own formulations…
because something never felt right to me.

And now… it’s louder than ever.

And when you’re constantly in that state…
