Just some sashimi from my local fishmonger… and some other yummy bits 💚

Very lucky to have the freshest fish and seafood here in Sydney 🐟💙

Scallops
Some lightly blowtorched (yes, I have a blowtorch at home 😁)
Ginger ponzu sauce (soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, mirin, grated ginger, sesame oil)
Edamame
Avocado
And a summer salad with watermelon, cucumbers, sesame seeds and lime zest 💚
