Empower Ability Pathways is looking for a compassionate, reliable and culturally aligned Tongan Support Worker to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting people with disability to build independence, develop everyday living skills and participate confidently in their community.

💙 Position: Therapeutic Disability Support Worker
📍 Location: Sydney, NSW – Various locations
⏰ Employment: Casual | Part-time | Full-time

What you’ll be doing:
• Personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Community access, appointments and transport
• Supporting independence and skill development
• Implementing behaviour support and therapeutic strategies
• Completing accurate case notes and documentation
• Working collaboratively with participants, families and support teams

We’re looking for someone with:
✅ Tongan heritage and language
✅ Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent
✅ Minimum 6 months disability support experience
✅ Current First Aid & CPR
✅ NDIS Worker Orientation Module
✅ NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
✅ A caring, respectful and person-centred approach
