Unfortunately, we experienced a theft in store today. I personally witnessed items being taken and placed into a bag without being paid for. CCTV footage has been retained and the matter is being followed up.
As a small business, theft directly impacts us, our staff and our ability to continue providing the products and service our community relies on. People may not realise that when items are stolen, it isn’t a large corporation absorbing the loss. Small business owners work incredibly hard to keep their doors open, pay their staff and continue serving their local community. Every loss has an impact.
