One of the biggest myths in fitness is that you need to find the one perfect form of exercise.
You don't.
Your body thrives on variety.
Some days you need strength. Other days you need mobility, balance, flexibility or a chance to simply move and de-stress. Each type of movement gives you something different, and together they help you build a stronger, more capable body.
That's why we encourage people to mix things up rather than doing the same thing over and over.
A little yoga. Some Pilates. A strength class. A walk with a friend.
Variety keeps your body challenged, your mind engaged, and makes it far more likely you'll keep moving long term.
After all, anything is better than nothing, and variety is key.
