Forrest practice on the beach and double rainbows

Hamstrings and hips focus plus inversions. With intent to increase vital energy.

Gindi was extra playful and full of vital energy. 😂 She makes me laugh. I love her so much. 💙💙💙 little cutie 🥰 soul friend.

As I stood up from Savasana I saw an amazing rainbow forming full arch across the beach then it became a double rainbow. It’s a joyful omen for me.
