R U OK? DAY

Thursday, 10 September 2026

Are they really OK?
Sometimes, asking the question is the first step.

Take a moment to check in with the people around you.
Ask “Are you OK?” — listen, connect and follow up.

💬 Ask. Listen. Connect.

It’s OK to ask. It’s OK to not be OK.
