There are nights that feel less like a memory and more like a return home. ✨

A journey where every sound carried a vibration through the soul, where laughter became medicine, and every heartbeat felt connected to something ancient and familiar. 🌙

It felt like walking into a celebration that had always been waiting for me… a cosmic welcome back home. 🌀

The walls between people disappeared.
Strangers felt like family.
Music moved through the body like pure energy.
The air itself felt alive, playful, loving, electric. 💫

There was dancing without fear, laughing until tears came, and moments where time simply dissolved into joy. 🌈

After the storm, after the breaking, after the moments that made you question everything…
you don’t return as who you were.

Rebirth isn’t loud.
It’s the small choices:

In naturopathy, herbal tinctures are one of the most powerful ways we work with plants 🌿

A tincture is a concentrated liquid extract of herbs, traditionally made with alcohol (or sometimes glycerine), which gently draws out the active compounds of the plant. This method preserves the intelligence of the whole herb, not just one isolated compound.
