I didn’t realise how much I needed this until it arrived.

Living remotely has taught me a lot about myself.

It’s taught me resilience.
Independence.
How to build a life in places I never imagined I’d call home.

But it has also taught me how lonely it can feel sometimes.

The kind of loneliness that isn’t about being alone.

It’s about missing the people who know you.

The people who remember your stories.
Your quirks.
Your favourite coffee order.
The version of you that existed before this chapter began.

Then this arrived.

A letter from London.

A reminder that distance doesn’t mean disconnection.

That while life has taken us in different directions, the people who matter still think about you when you’re not there.

And if you’ve ever lived far from home, you’ll understand this feeling.

The nostalgia.
The gratitude.
The lump in your throat you weren’t expecting.

Because sometimes all it takes is one thoughtful gesture to remind you that you’ve never really been forgotten at all. ❤️

A gentle reminder:

Not every beautiful moment arrives with fireworks.

Sometimes it looks like a quiet morning, a good coffee, a sunset, a phone call from a friend, or a laugh you didn’t expect.

Pay attention.

Your life is happening right now 🤍

There is so much life hidden inside the moments we keep rushing through.

In a world that constantly tells you to toughen up, be less emotional, and stop caring so much...

The little girl inside me still stops for sunsets.

Still gets excited about small things.

Still believes people deserve compliments.

Still finds beauty in ordinary moments.

For years, I thought I needed to outgrow her.

Now I realise she’s the reason I still believe life is worth romanticising.

The part of me that notices magic. The part that chooses wonder over cynicism. The part that refuses to let life make me hard.

These days, I’m not trying to outgrow her.

I’m trying to remember her. ✨

💛 If your younger self met you today, what do you think she’d be most proud of?

Maybe joy was never hidden in the big milestones—
maybe it’s been waiting in the slow mornings, the sunsets, the loud laughter, the coffee runs, and the people you love all along.

You’re allowed to enjoy your life while you’re living it 🤍

You were never meant to figure all of this out alone.

The version of you you’re becoming?
She already exists beneath the fear, the overthinking, the self-doubt… waiting for you to stop abandoning yourself and finally meet her.

And maybe that’s what this season is really about
coming home to yourself.

You don’t have to navigate becoming her alone.

Let’s discover her together 🤍

I’ve created a survey focused on supporting women rebuilding themselves after separation or divorce.

If you know anyone who may be open to sharing their experience, or if this resonates with you personally, I’d really appreciate your participation. The survey only takes a few minutes ❤️

I'm speaking with professional women navigating separation or divorce and trying to rebuild a life that feels genuinely theirs again. This short survey is designed to better understand the emotional, practical, and personal challenges women experience during this stage of life. Your answers are conf...

Deep down, most of us already know.

We know what’s draining us.
What no longer aligns.
What we’ve been tolerating.
What we secretly want more of.

The hard part usually isn’t knowing.
It’s trusting ourselves enough to act on it.

Maybe this is your reminder to stop abandoning yourself.

What’s one thing your intuition has been trying to tell you lately? 🤍

I’ll always celebrate the woman who chose to heal instead of harden.

Because healing isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about rediscovering yourself again — your values, your voice, your confidence, your beliefs, your connection to the life you truly want.

That’s the heart behind Ash J Co.
Supporting women who feel lost, disconnected, burnt out, or unsure of who they are outside of everything they’ve had to carry.

Because one day, you really do wake up feeling lighter, clearer, stronger… and more like yourself again.

Today isn’t just about celebrating nurses…
it’s about recognising the strength behind them.

The long shifts.
The emotional load.
The responsibility that doesn’t switch off when the shift ends.

But empowerment in nursing doesn’t just come from skill, knowledge, or experience.
It comes from the woman behind the scrubs.

The one who is allowed to pause.
To reflect.
To question what she needs.
To reconnect with who she is outside of the role she carries so well.

Because an empowered nurse isn’t just clinically capable —
she’s grounded, self-aware, and supported within herself.

And that kind of nurse?
She doesn’t just care for others…
she sustains herself too.

Today, give yourself permission to check in.
To evaluate where you’re at.
To ask yourself — am I supported in my own life the way I support everyone else?

Because you matter too.
Not just as a nurse… but as a whole person.

Happy International Nurses Day 🤍

🤍 Tag a nurse who deserves to be reminded that they matter too.
