Your Consumables budget may cover everyday disability-related items as well as some low-cost assistive technology, provided they meet the NDIS funding criteria.

If you're ever unsure whether something can be claimed, it's always a good idea to check before purchasing or speak with your plan manager or support coordinator.

Our office team recently completed their professional development - a four-part series under the title - Business Beyond Borders - Leading Across Cultures workshop.

The sessions explored cultural awareness, communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and understanding different working styles. These valuable insights will help us continue building an inclusive workplace and provide the best possible support to our team and the people we serve. ❤️

The workshop was funded by the Cumberland Council and endorsed by the Greater Cumberland Chamber of Commerce. Big shoutout to them for making it happen.
