Your left side and your right side are having a conversation.
But the stress and tension of modern life keeps drowning it out.
It is like trying to have a conversation in a nightclub.
When you move slowly, with awareness, through the pain-free range you already have, something quiet begins to happen. The two hemispheres of the brain start communicating more clearly. The left side of the body and the right side start coordinating with more ease.
You are not building this from nothing.
You are restoring a relationship that was always there.
And here is the part most people miss.
None of it needs to be hard.
We have been taught that change only counts when it burns, when it strains, when we push right to the edge. But the nervous system does not learn its best lessons under stress. It learns them when we slow down and pay attention.
Working gently, inside your current pain-free range, is the fastest way I know to restore the relationship you have with your own body.
And when that relationship improves, so much else in your life improves with it.
Because whenever we improve the quality of the communication, we improve the quality of the outcome.
Whatās the one area of your body you would love to improve?
Let me know in the comments, and I probably have a practice around it for you.
