egan to notice something important. Many of us are not only dealing with physical health issues - we are also quietly struggling with what’s happening inside. The overthinking, the emotional ups and downs, the feeling of being stuck in the same patterns, or the pressure to keep going even when we’re already exhausted. Medicine can explain a lot, but it doesn’t always show us how to live with a calmer mind or a lighter heart. For many years, I’ve been practicing Buddhism and Zen, learning from monks and spending time understanding the mind in a different way - through stillness, observation, and awareness. This practice has helped me see that healing isn’t always about fixing something. Sometimes, it’s about understanding what’s happening within us, and slowly learning how to respond with more clarity and care. What I share here comes from both worlds - the structure of clinical knowledge and the quiet wisdom of Zen practice. My intention is to make things simple and human, so you can better understand yourself, take care of your body, and feel a little more steady in your daily life. Real healing often begins when we stop fighting ourselves, and gently find our way back to a place that already feels a bit more grounded and at ease.
