In families who have a child with additional needs, it is common that a lot of time and attention is dedicated towards this child. Siblings often carry a mix of emotions and responsibilities that don’t always get acknowledged or recognised. This program creates a safe space just for siblings to feel seen, heard and supported in their own right. This program is also highly beneficial for kiddies who may have emotional regulation difficulties. This program encompasses a safe and calm space for children to learn and grow.

We may see someone actively avoid confrontation or thrive under pressure. But what are the underlying reasons for this?
