** If you have tension in your neck, shoulders or upper back give this stretch a try **

~Place your arms either side of a door way and lean forward at the hips.
~Have your chin parallel to the floor and relax your shoulders down and backwards.
~You can vary the position by sliding your hands up or down the doorway.
