Do you have enough trained first aiders for your team? 🩹

Safe Work Australia’s First Aid in the Workplace Code of Practice recommends:

✅ One first aider for every 50 workers in lower-risk environments
✅ One first aider for every 25 workers in higher-risk environments, such as construction sites and warehouses

Remember to consider every shift—not just your total headcount—and make sure trained help is available when it’s needed.
