Position: On-Call/Casual Roster
Location: Your Life Disability Support (YLDS)

We’re looking for reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our on-call/casual roster! This role is perfect for experienced support workers with flexible availability.

What You'll Do:
- Provide personal care (showering, dressing, hygiene)
- Support mobility and daily living activities
- Assist with community access and transport
- Prepare meals and support medication management
- Collaborate with participants, families, and our team

What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, professional, and committed to participant-centred support
- Comfortable in providing personal care
- Flexible for weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Arabic speakers are encouraged to apply!

Requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
