Together We Thrive Support Co. is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team across Western Sydney and the Southern Highlands.

💚 We’re looking for people who:

• Have 1–2+ years of experience in support work
• Have mental health training or experience, which is highly valued
• Understand psychosocial disability and person centred support
• Are compassionate, dependable and respectful
• Have strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Are committed to making a genuine difference in people’s lives
• Work well as part of a supportive team

Mental health experience matters.

Most of the people we support live with psychosocial disability, so we’re looking for Support Workers who understand the importance of patience, empathy, consistency and building trust.
