Meditation is often a struggle for those that say they have a busy mind, or dnt have time. For those that resonate the easiest way to incorporate a meditative way of life is of course mindfulness. Card reading, mediumship, or just life, a good practice is to approach everything from the above to every day tasks like showering, cooking, cleaning, gardening- even walking on your favourite track, approach it with a mindset that reminds you this is the first time. That way there is no pressure to produce the same results each time. It also keeps you in the moment and more importantly open to what your intuition wants to help with, even if it is “you forgot to put ……in that” 😁.
A beginners mind simplifies everything. After all we dnt know what the next moment or the next client, or task is going to bring. Let go of the ego that wants to ‘be good’ each time, and see how much more things just flow for you. 🙏
