I’m sorry but if you’re using shame to get to your goals, I promise you it will backfire.
You can be disciplined, consistent and reach your physique goals whilst still having some breathing space.
You DO NOT have to be doing what everyone else is doing, to get results. Actually all my results came from implementing things I was taught from my coach but doing it in a way that worked for me. Wouldn’t have done it any other way.
Yes, when you take on something new it feels overwhelming and challenging. But having it feel that way in the long term? Not under my watch babes
