💫Day Three — Worth
Where am I still trying to prove my value?
Sometimes what looks like ambition, responsibility, generosity or even independence has something quieter underneath it.

I need to do more.
I need to get it right.
I need to be useful.
I need to achieve something.
I need them to approve of me.
I need to show that I can cope.
And beneath all of those sentences may sit an even deeper one:
I need to prove that I am worthy.

Today, notice where you may be performing your value rather than simply knowing it.

🤎Perhaps it appears in your work.
Your relationships.
Your appearance.
How much you give.
How much you achieve.
Or how difficult it is to receive without giving something back.
Don’t judge it.
Become curious about it.

🤎Ask yourself:
Who am I trying to prove my worth to?
And then go one layer deeper:
What would change if I no longer needed their recognition to know my own value?
Your worth was never something you were required to earn.
Perhaps the real upgrade is learning to live from that place.

The Path of Nine ✨

I am a Life Path 9.

🕉️The number 9 is associated with wisdom, compassion, service, completion and transformation. It carries the energy of the ending of a cycle — not simply as loss, but as the gathering of everything that cycle came to teach us before we move forward.

Perhaps that is why endings have played such a significant role in my own life.

🤎I have lived through many versions of myself. Many identities. Many chapters that once felt completely right, until one day they simply didn’t anymore.

Over time, I have learnt that completion doesn’t always mean something has gone wrong. Sometimes it simply means the work of that chapter is finished.

Nine has taught me to honour what has been, take the wisdom with me, and have the courage to release the form it arrived in.

And this is where rebirth begins.

Not necessarily by becoming someone completely new, but by allowing a deeper, truer expression of ourselves to emerge.

🤎For me, there is something deeply feminine in this — the wisdom of cycles, intuition, surrender, creation and knowing when it is time to release rather than force.

And that feels particularly poignant for me this 9–9.

🤎There is a genuine sense of completion around me at the moment, but also something new quietly taking form. A deeper expression of the woman, practitioner, Priestess and Sacred Translator I have become.

Perhaps this is the gift of Nine:

To know when to hold.
To know when to release.
And to trust that an ending can also be the doorway through which the next expression of ourselves arrives.

So today I honour the chapters that brought me here.

🤎I release what has run its course.
I call my energy back to myself.
And I make space for what is ready to be born.

Same soul. Higher chapter. ✨

✨Day Two — Inheritance

Which of my values are truly mine — and which have I inherited?
Yesterday, we listened for the sentence we keep repeating.
Today, we go a little deeper.
Behind many of those sentences sits a value.

Work hard.
Be responsible.
Keep everyone happy.
Don’t waste money.
Be successful.
Put others first.
Don’t make a fuss.
Stay strong 💪🏻

Some of these may genuinely belong to you.
Others may have been handed to you so early, and repeated so often, that they became part of the way you live without ever being consciously chosen.
We inherit far more than possessions.
We inherit ideas about success, love, money, family, responsibility, safety, belonging — even what makes us worthy.
So today, notice one value that strongly influences the way you live.
And ask:
Did I choose this?
Or did I learn that this was who I needed to be?

You don’t need to reject what you’ve inherited.
Simply become conscious of it.
Because once a value becomes visible, you get to decide whether it still belongs in the life you are creating.

Day One ☝️ — Awareness
💫What am I giving most of my time, energy and attention to?
And don’t only look at what you do.

💫Notice where your mind goes.
We all have an inner dialogue — repetitive thoughts, phrases and stories that can become so familiar we barely notice them anymore.
I should be further ahead.
I don’t have enough time.
I need to get this right.
What will they think?

I can’t do that until…
I have to look after everyone else first.
Sometimes the most revealing part isn’t the thought itself.

🔱 It’s noticing the exact sentence you keep repeating.
Because wherever our attention repeatedly goes, we are giving something our energy.
So today, don’t try to change the conversation.
Catch it.

Listen for the sentence beneath the noise.
What are you repeatedly telling yourself — and what does that reveal about what is currently governing your life?

All part of us beautiful, Conscious Star Beings ✦

Over the past two days, we have been exploring four different ways in which we experience the living conversation within us.

🧠The Mind understands.
It seeks meaning, language and perspective.

🤍Intuition feels.
It senses something before we can always explain it.

✨The Body speaks.
Through sensation, movement, tension, expansion, holding and release.

🙏🏻Spirit holds the conversation.
The unseen thread that reminds us there may be more occurring than any one part of us can understand alone.

And perhaps this is where Star Wisdom begins.

Not in choosing one voice over another, but in learning to listen to the conversation between them.

When mind, intuition, body and spirit are no longer experienced as separate parts competing for our attention, something begins to integrate.

We begin to recognise ourselves differently.

We become more present to what is happening within us, around us and through us.

Wisdom is not simply what we know.
Wisdom is what becomes possible when we are willing to listen.

This is the heart of Star Wisdom — Living Conversations.

A conversation between the cosmos and the self.
Between what we know and what we feel.
Between earth and sky.
Between consciousness and the life we are actually living.

And from here, a new question begins:

How do we navigate that conversation?

Good morning, spirited Conscious Star Beings ✦

Spirit 💫✨

🧠The mind seeks to understand.
🤍Intuition feels before it knows why.
✨The body speaks through sensation and experience.

And Spirit holds the conversation.

Spirit is the space between and around them —
the quiet thread connecting what we think, what we sense, what we embody and what we are becoming conscious of.

It doesn’t always arrive as an answer.

Sometimes it arrives as synchronicity.
A remembering.
A moment of deep recognition.
A sense that something greater is moving through the ordinary moments of our lives.

Perhaps Spirit isn’t asking us to understand everything.

🤍is it asking us to remain in conversation?

To listen to the mind without becoming only the mind.
To honour intuition without needing immediate proof.
To inhabit the body rather than leave it behind.
And to remain open to what we cannot yet name.

🧠Mind understands.
🤍Intuition receives.
✨Body embodies.
🙏🏻Spirit remembers.

And when we allow all four to speak —
wisdom begins to emerge.

Good morning, embodied Conscious Star Beings 💫
The BODY!

🤍Before we understand what is happening,
the body may already be speaking.
It tightens.
It softens.
It shifts.
It moves.
It holds.
It releases.
Its is sore.
It is tired.

The body has its own language — sensation, breath, movement, tension, ease, expansion and contraction.
Sometimes what we cannot yet put into words can already be felt within us.
And rather than immediately asking, How do I make this feeling go away?
Get curious!
🤍What is my body communicating?
🤍What changes when I listen without immediately trying to interpret, correct or silence it?
🤍The mind may create the story.
Intuition may sense what lies beneath it.
The body gives us somewhere to experience the conversation.

Today, 🙌🤍perhaps simply notice.

Before the mind has found the words,
intuition has already felt it.

A quiet pull.
A soft knowing.
A feeling that arrives without explanation.

Intuition does not always speak loudly.
Often, it is simply something within us that recognises before the conscious mind understands.

Then the mind arrives — questioning, interpreting, searching for evidence and trying to make sense of what has already been felt.

But what if, for a moment, we stayed with the knowing before we explained it away?

What did you feel before you began thinking about what you felt?

What does your intuition already know that your mind has not yet named?

Are you ready for deeper conversations?

Before the mind understands,
there is a moment before explanation.

A feeling.
A sensation.
A knowing.
Something moving beneath the words.

🧠Then the mind arrives and begins to make meaning — drawing upon what it already knows, remembers, believes and has experienced.

But what if we became curious about the moment before the story?

The conscious mind may explain it.
The subconscious may associate it.
The unconscious may carry something much deeper.

Where does your story begin?

And perhaps more importantly —
is the story your mind is telling still true?

Through the body —
What are you holding that is ready to soften, move or be understood?

Through relationship —
Which relationships are growing with you? Which are changing? Which have completed their place in your life?

Through our patterns —
What keeps returning, not because you have failed to change it, but because another layer is ready to be understood?

Through the natural world and the cosmos,
What is life reflecting back to you right now?

Star Wisdom is an invitation to become curious about these conversations.

Not to search endlessly for another answer outside ourselves, but to notice what is already speaking within us and around us.

Perhaps the question isn’t always, “What should I do?”

Perhaps sometimes it is simply:

“What is life asking me to notice?”
