Linda- Faulding Co Q 10
A high antioxidant often known as a spark plug, good for energy and heart health. If taking statins it can help with muscle weakness. Take one daily with a meal.

😃How does this product compare to other products that are the same or very similar?
Linda- Affordable and comes in a high strength.

😃Who and why would recommend this product to?
Linda- Talk to your doctor if taking blood pressure medication or if you have any other medical conditions. This supplement can reduce blood pressure and beneficial if taking statins.

A reminder to do your breast self-check this month.🎀
Knowing what’s normal for your body is key, as early detection starts with you.🩷

Some symptoms to look out for:
-A lump or swelling in your breast or underarm
-Changes in shape or size
-Skin dimpling or irritation
-Unusual or ongoing breast pain
-An indent

Remember to check all parts of your breast, your armpits, and up to your collarbone. If something doesn’t feel right, see your GP. Most changes aren’t cancer, but it’s always best to check.💝

Liposachet-Sachet Iron Sachets

*️⃣How does this product compare to other products that are the same or similar?
Because it absorbs in the intestines it does not cause nausea or constipation. This method ensures the body receives the correct amount of iron as absorption occurs at a cellular level.
Most other iron supplements I have taken have given me side effects this is what made me stop using iron. I can confidently say the taste is much better than I expected. A natural strawberry flavour. Also a bonus is you don’t have to worry about having it with food.

*️⃣Who and why would you recommend this product to?
Anyone that needs a boost in iron, particularly those who struggle with traditional supplements. Although the dose may not be the highest it’s superior absorption capabilities make it my top choice.
