I was at my own kinesiology session this week, working on my ongoing shoulder issue, and one of the corrections my body chose was 128 Hz using a tuning fork around my clavicle area.
I was then given it as homework ,so I’ve been using the 128 Hz tuning fork at home. 🎶
And then I looked at my AO Scan…
Guess what?
128 Hz is right there in the system!
The AO Scan is essentially like having a whole library of frequencies at your fingertips and I love thinking of these as our modern-day tuning forks. Rather than physically striking a fork and working with the vibration, the AO Tune gives us access to specific frequency programs digitally.
And look at what the 128 Hz frequency is labelled with in the AO system:
🌸 Flower of Life
✨ Alleviate Pain
🧘♀️ Relax Muscles
…and more.
Now, I’m not saying this “proves” anything but as a kinesiologist, I absolutely LOVE these little synchronicities. My body chose 128 Hz in my kinesiology session, and then I discovered the exact same frequency sitting inside my AO Scan.
It’s one of the reasons I’m so fascinated by frequency work.
The body gives us information.
The tools give us another way to explore it.
And sometimes… the two line up beautifully. ❤️
Have you ever had one of those “how did THAT just show up?” moments with your body or your frequency work?
We learn and use these in QEG practitioner course !!
