Thank you to Tamworth Aboriginal Medical Service for the understanding and empowerment that has allowed Cass and myself the ability to make support work our full time employment.
We finished up in our Su***de prevention roles today and were sent off with a lovely morning tea and flowers. ❤️we will miss you guys❤️

Something Cass and I share a frustration about is seeing support workers not being supportive.
So many times I see at the gym workers standing next to a participant on the treadmill or on their phone while the participant uses a machine.
It’s not hard to be present in the moment and offer encouragement.

Changes announced yesterday. Still not crystal clear but hopefully better clarification to come sooner rather than later...

The beauty of Cass and I supporting one another in our own business is that we can fall back on each other to cover shifts in case of illness or emergency.
