✨ Another update from Compassionate Horizons ✨

We’re excited to share that we’re now offering cleaning and domestic services alongside our existing supports.

This has been something we’ve been working towards for a while, because a safe and comfortable home makes a huge difference to how people feel day to day.

Our domestic supports include:

• General house cleaning
• Laundry and linen
• Dishwashing and kitchen upkeep
• Organisation and basic home maintenance tasks
• Support to build skills around maintaining your own space

Like everything we do, this isn’t a rushed in and out service. It’s done properly, respectfully, and at your pace. Whether you want full assistance or support to build your independence, we meet you where you’re at.

This service is available to both NDIS participants and private (non-NDIS) clients, and can be added alongside existing supports or accessed on its own.

✨ Exciting news from Compassionate Horizons ✨

We’re opening our books and currently have capacity to take on new participants.

At Compassionate Horizons, support looks like actually listening, respecting people’s choices, and understanding that we are there to support someone’s life, not control it. Dignity of risk matters. Autonomy matters. And people deserve support that works with them, not against them.

We currently have capacity for:

• Assistance with self care and daily living
• Community access and social participation
• Support with routines, independence and skill building
• Transport to appointments and activities
• Support coordination
• Consistent, flexible supports tailored to the individual
• Support for people with more complex needs, including psychosocial

We have a strong understanding of the NDIS and work closely with coordinators, allied health and families to make sure supports are actually doing what they’re meant to do.

We’ve built this service around being reliable, real, and accountable. No overpromising, no unrealistic expectations placed on workers, and no treating participants like they don’t have a say in their own lives.
