This isn’t about simply filling hours.

It’s about finding two people who are ready to build confidence, grow independence and have some fun along the way.

At Desire2Inspire, every support is built around the person.

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our growing team in the Tannum Sands & Gladstone region.

💛 Consistent hours available (20–30 hours per week for the right person)
