Mens Health Week 15-21 June
This year's theme, "See A GP", highlights the importance of seeing a doctor if something seems wrong with your physical, mental or emotional wellbeing.
The regular practice of yoga allows us time and space to mindfully be aware, that is, to check in with ourselves - with intention. Other benefits include improving and maintaining mobility, strength and balance.
This week is an opportunity for us all to promote and support the health and wellbeing of the men in our community. Our dads, sons, brothers, partners, friends.... Men's health is not just an individual responsibility - it's a societal issue that requires collective action.
Invite a significant male in your life to a Jus Yoga and Mindfulness class. They might be surprised just how good they feel after a session "on the mat". Jus 🌻
