There are some people woven so deeply into the story of a business that their influence can never really be separated from it. For us, that’s my beautiful Dad. ❤️

Dad was my biggest supporter. He believed in my dream from the very beginning, long before Beyond Wellness looked anything like it does today.

From sitting in a spare bedroom at Mum and Dad’s house dreaming about what this business could become, to helping set up retreats, transporting guests, picking up catering, appearing in photo shoots, fixing things and quietly doing whatever needed to be done, Dad was there.

Sometimes he was the first face our guests would see. He’d welcome them, tell a story, make them laugh and make sure they were taken care of.

Dad never needed to be taught what incredible service looked like. He lived it. He knew it wasn’t just what you did for someone, but how you made them feel.

Welcome. Special. Cared for. Seen.

When Ava was a baby, Dad would even sneak her into retreats so I could steal a quick cuddle between sessions. And behind so much of what I’ve built were Mum and Dad, caring for Ava and giving me the freedom to chase this dream.

There is so much of Dad in the heart of Beyond Wellness.

Our foundations are purpose, resilience, connection and growth. Underneath them is something Dad taught me my whole life: people matter. Relationships matter. How you make people feel matters.

We believe great things are built through genuine partnership and collaboration, never simply transactions. Dad lived that. He showed up, helped people, gave generously and expected nothing in return.

He was so proud of what I was building. When things were hard, he encouraged me to keep going. Always backing me. Always believing in me. Always my biggest cheerleader.

The next chapter of Beyond Wellness will be inspired by you, Dad.

More connection. More generosity. More care. More courage to dream big. More making people feel genuinely special.

Thank you for every lift, delivery, set-up, story, bit of advice, every “anything you need doing today?” call or message, every time you cared for Ava and every time you told me to keep going.

I’ll keep building it with you in my heart. Thank you for believing in me, Dad.

Beyond Wellness Co is growing, and we’re looking for the right people to grow with us.

We deliver wellness experiences, retreats and programs in some of South Australia’s most extraordinary places, from sunrise in the Barossa Valley and first light in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens, to farm mornings at Jurlique, wildlife encounters, nature-based experiences and retreats at Monarto Safari Resort.

Every experience is shaped by our own framework, The Beyond Wellness Way:
Purpose. Resilience. Connection. Growth.

We’re now inviting expressions of interest from people who may be a fit for flexible, project-based work across our venues and experiences.

We’re looking for:
Facilitators- Yoga, breathwork, Pilates, meditation, sound journeys, guided walks, nature immersion and program facilitation.

Experience support- People who love hosting, event setup and guest care from the first hello to the last goodbye.

This work suits people who are warm, reliable, grounded and confident working with groups, guests and outdoor environments.

You’ll need your own ABN and insurance, relevant qualifications or experience, and a genuine love of people and place.

What a pleasure to be part of this beautiful Women Leaders experience in South Australia.

Thank you to Tanya, Noa and the@womenleadersbythecircle team for inviting Beyond Wellness Co to hold space for a moment of pause, grounding and reconnection during such a considered leadership journey.

It was incredibly special to meet such an extraordinary group of women, to share stories, walk together, breathe, reflect and create space for stillness in the middle of full and meaningful lives.

This is the work I love most: bringing people back to themselves, in nature, with intention and care.

Grateful to have played a small part in a program centred on leadership, connection, culture, wellbeing and legacy.

Happy Global Wellness Day.

For some people today looks like an early morning walk before the world wakes up. For others it's finally sitting still for five minutes. Or moving your body somewhere beautiful. Or just breathing out. And one of our favourites is spending time with those who bring you joy.

There's no one version of this.

What we do know is that the moments that bring you back to yourself rarely happen by accident. They need a little space, and usually a reason to step away.

A new way to experience Farm begins this weekend.

Created in partnership with , Senses in Harmony is a small-group wellness morning designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature and return to yourself.

Beginning before the farm opens to the public, your morning includes guided breathwork and gentle movement, time among the rose gardens, a chef-prepared breakfast picnic, a Handpicked Masterclass and your own custom botanical blend to take home.

With just 12 guests per session, this is an intimate morning on the farm, available every Friday and Saturday from 13 June.

And for our very first launch session, guests will receive a special gift package from both Beyond Wellness Co and Jurlique.

The Farm Wellness Morning at Jurlique Farm is now open for bookings.
A small-group morning at one of South Australia's most beautiful and iconic farms, before the gates open to the public. Breathwork and movement in the rose gardens. A chef-prepared breakfast picnic on the farm. A Jurlique Handpicked Masterclass where you create your own botanical oil blend to take home.

Every Friday and Saturday. Maximum 12 guests. $250 per person.

Two weeks. What a whirlwind. 🌿

ATE26 is a wrap, and South Australia did what it does best. It shone.

From regional famil programs to morning wellness activations at Adelaide Botanic Garden and Adelaide Oval, this was such a powerful reminder of what makes our state so special.

Grateful for the conversations, the collaborations, the operators, the buyers, and the incredible energy across the fortnight.

Some weeks remind you exactly why you do this work. The early mornings. The late nights. Being persistent. Playing the long game.

For me it's the people.

The fabulous Marlo and Allisha from ! I have had the privilege of working alongside these two for years now, and I don't say that lightly. They show up with creativity and care and a level of generosity that genuinely moves me every single time.

Last month we were together at a shoot in the Adelaide Hills and in between takes, I looked at them both in their element and just felt... full. That's the only word for it.

They are above and beyond in every sense. They are genuinely fun to be in a room with. And they believe in what we're building here in a way that makes the whole thing feel less like work and more like something worth doing.

There is so much more magic to come with these two. I cannot wait.

This, the people you get to walk alongside, is one of the main reasons I love what I do.

We love looking after corporate groups! We hosted the team from Diamond House and they were needing some time out and some TLC!

We spent the day at the and Botanic Gardens, moving, breathing, workshopping, indulging in the most delicious lunch and remembering what it feels like to be a team rather than a list of deliverables.

This is what we absolutely love to do and Beyond Wellness Co is built for! Our intention is always simple, to have people leave feeling seen, restored, and genuinely reconnected to the reason they show up every day.

Thank you Diamond House for trusting us with your people. This work never, ever gets old.
