These are the moments that matter most. Building confidence, feeling safe, and finding joy in the little things 🐦✨
It’s never just a “trip to the shops”, it’s growth, connection, and creating space for someone to be themselves.

Today the girls spent the day shopping for their winter essentials. A simple outing, but one filled with laughter, connection, and a sense of normality that shouldn’t be underestimated.

We finished with a kebab that my client hasn’t been able to enjoy in over 8 years. A small moment to some, but a significant milestone in her journey.

This is the impact of the right support. For a woman who hasn’t always had the capacity to leave her home, today represents something much deeper. The rebuilding of confidence, independence, and the ability to prioritise herself again after years of putting others first.

Mondays are our back to nature reset 🌿
Today was all about slowing things down with some beautiful horse therapy, grounding, calming, and reconnecting.

There’s something incredibly powerful about being around animals. No pressure, no expectations, just presence. Horses in particular have a way of regulating the nervous system, helping to ease anxiety and bring a sense of calm that’s hard to replicate anywhere else.

For my client these moments aren’t just a nice day out, they’re meaningful, therapeutic, and often exactly what the body and mind need to reset for the week ahead.

A very exciting upgrade 🚗✨

Welcoming the new Haval to the family!
This means more comfort, reliability and even better support for my clients out in the community.

Whether it’s appointments, beach days, coffee runs or just getting out and about we’re doing it in style now 🙌

So grateful for growth and being able to now provide a better service 💫

Today was all about slowing things down and giving space for regulation listening to the waves, breathing in the salty air, and reconnecting with that calm feeling the ocean brings.

These moments might seem simple, but they’re powerful. They help build emotional awareness, reduce overwhelm, and create a sense of peace that carries beyond the day.
We shared some lunch, had a few laughs, and wrapped things up just as the rain came in

Sometimes support looks like driving to your clients favourite local destination and using the sun, the sound and the calm to re regulate.

Emotional regulation is something we all continue to learn throughout our lives. For many people big feelings can be overwhelming, and learning how to understand and manage those emotions takes time, support, and patience.
Watching someone grow from feeling anxious and unsure to learning how to face challenges with confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. 🌱 ☀️

One of the best parts of what I do is watching confidence grow right in front of my eyes 🧡

Just before Christmas, I lost a very dear client — someone who was far too young and tragically killed at only 20 years old. He wasn’t “just” a client. Over time, he became like family. We walked through so many struggles, changes, growth, and wins together, and losing him has been incredibly heavy.

This work is more than a job to me. The people I support are not a paycheck, they are real humans with challenges, goals, dreams, and futures that matter deeply to me. The relationships we build are something I never take lightly.

Thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding, and kindness during this time. I’m slowly finding my feet again and continuing to show up with the care, compassion, and commitment that each person deserves 🤍
For those who knew blaze I have attached the funeral details 🩷

Today i Supported a young lady who has not been out and about much of recent. Her hometown of Wingham was hit hard by the floods. As we drove to our support activity, she had a lot of questions about how high the water levels went, what parts of town were affected the most and anxiety in her voice as we passed the homes that had their entire lives on the council strip. After doing our activity i asked if she would like to go and see the river and the destruction it caused. We visited locations that were safe that we could see a good distance from, we talked about the places we use to swim and how much they had changed, the new islands formed and the land lost. We spoke of how scared the surrounding families would of been and now the amount of river frontage they have gained. We spoke of the community and most of all we spoke about Resilience and strength. Sometimes Support work is doing just that, Supporting those in need of a conversation and answering questions they may have to ease their worry's.
