What an absolute delight it was to receive my business snapshots from this week! 📸❤️

I had the absolute pleasure of working with the beautiful Alicia Flegeltaub, and honestly… she made me feel like my most natural self, as she always does.

For those who know me, you’ll know my charismatic nature, my quirky ways, my own language of expression 😂 and, of course… absolutely NO filter!

That’s exactly what I love about my clinic.

It’s a space filled with love, laughter, connection and healing where my clients can feel safe, heard, valued, honoured and respected. ❤️

A place where we can take away some of the fear and overwhelm that often comes with navigating your health, and replace it with understanding, knowledge, connection and purpose.

Today I’m taking time to craft personalised Australian Bush Flower Essence blends, carefully aligned with the individual needs and journeys of my beautiful clients and their families.

We’re not meant to navigate our health journeys alone.

✨️Last night we gathered for our Nourish to Flourish Winter Immunity Workshop ❄️

It was an evening filled with connection, laughter, warm tea, nourishing nibbles, and a beautiful reminder of the power of coming together to learn and support one another.👭

Together, we explored the incredible intelligence of our immune system and how stress, lifestyle, inflammation, food choices, and gut health can all influence our wellbeing. More importantly, we focused on how to strengthen and support immunity in simple, practical, and natural ways.

⏭️My intention was to guide and empower each participant with knowledge, confidence, and tools they can use straight away — helping them feel supported, informed, and more connected to their body’s wisdom.

We explored:
✨ The connection between gut health and immunity
✨ The impact of stress and inflammation on the body
✨ Nutrients and foods that nourish and strengthen immunity
✨ Asthma, allergies, and inflammatory patterns
✨ How every bite can either support healing or contribute to imbalance

⏭️Through the lens of nutritional and functional medicine, participants learned how to use food as medicine and reconnect with the wisdom of real, whole foods.

⏭️Each person left with a wellness bag filled with resources, nourishing goodies, and practical tools to support themselves and their families throughout winter.

I love creating safe, supportive spaces where people can connect, learn, ask questions, and feel empowered to take the next step in their health journey.

⏭️If you missed this workshop, I’m considering offering an online version so more people can join from home. Let me know if you’d be interested 💛🌿
