INDOOR CYCLING: the ultimate calorie burner! No coordination required, suitable for all fitness levels. SPIN/GYM: a 15min cycling class followed by a 30min circuit class with a variety of equitment. A great way to strengthen, tone and improve cario fiitness. STEP into POWER BAR: is a low to non impact exercise session desi

gned to give your body a complete workout. using easy to adjust barbells, dumbbells, plates and step. This class is designed to work your body's major muscle groups with the use of motivational music

CARDIO BOXING: an interval cardio class with the use of focus pads and gloves. the ultimate fitness class to tone muscels, improve core strength, cardiovascular stamina and flexibility. T.A.T (Torso, Abdominal, Thighs): A low impact workout designed to firm and sculpt tummy, hipps, thighs and back. This class focuses on core stability, strengthing and toning the lower half and incorporating upper body strength. MINI MOVES-FITNESS 4KIDS: Fun and fitness for late primary school aged chirldren to young teenagers. A variety of exercises from spin/gym, boxing, power bar and more. ACTIVE MOVES: ideal class for senior adults, or those re-entering exercise after experiencing a period of sedentary lifestyle. Exercising with fitness equipment to aerobic music to improve musculoskeletal health, personal independence, balance and mental wellbeing. LLLS-COTA PROGRAM:STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM FOR AGES 60+. Strength training is the only form of exercise that increases muscle mass, bone density and strenght. classes are lead by qualified instructors. MAT PILATES: An all round workout to tone and strengthen muscels. This class promotes the six pilates principles; centring, controlled movements, core stability, concentration, correct breathing and stretches. ALL CLASSES GO FOR 50 MINUTES, UNLESS SPECIFIED.

TATSTUDIO GYM will finally re- open this Friday 11th of June at 5am.😀🏋️‍♂️ with Classes resuming this Friday at 6.15am. ( no classes Monday Long weekend- but the gym is still open) You guys know the drill- max 10 people in each room at any one time. Don't forget to Swipe upon entry and Wipe your equipment after use. All memberships will be reactivated and 14days re-added.

Aqua aerobics will go ahead for November and December as part of This Girl Can program. Brookings through greater Shepparton This Girl Can program . (See attachment). Classes are scheduled for Merrigum Pool Tuesday November 24 @ 1-1.45pm & 2-2.45pm. Tatura Pool-Thursday November 26 @ 1-1.45 pm & 2-2.45pm. Mooroopna pool- Thursday December 3 @ 1-1.45pm & 2-2.45pm. Spread the word girls and hope to see you there. Covid rules will apply. Wear your face mask upon entry and exit, hand sanitizer will be provided and social distancing is expected. TATSTUDIO GYM will Open this Wednesday October 28 from 5am. Unfortunately Group Fitness classes and reformer Pilates will not commence until further notice due to other commitments . All memberships will be reactivated as of this Wednesday at 5am. No memberships will be put on hold unless directed by the Government. There will be strict guidelines that you must follow which you are all familiar with beginning with YOU MUST bring your own towel and wipe down your equipment. Lisa
