I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself.

I'm Amanda, the founder of Byrin Wellness Co., a mum of three, coffee & w**e & good food lover.

My passion for gut health wasn't something I planned, it grew from my own journey living with Ulcerative Colitis. I wanted to underatand why and how to heal because I have children and I wanted to have answers for them.

Those experiences taught me that when your gut isn't functioning well, it can affect every part of your life and its not just food that influences your gut!

Today, I have the privilege of supporting others through gentle, closed-system colon hydrotherapy, functional nutrition, and practical education to help them better understand their bodies.
