Understanding Assistive Technology and the NDIS

✅ Don’t panic—just remind yourself it’s only a test and no action is required.

🚨 AusAlert National Test – Monday 27 July 2026 at around 2:00pm AEST 🚨
A national test of AusAlert will take place across Australia. Compatible mobile devices will receive a Critical Alert at approximately the same time—even if your phone is on silent or Do Not Disturb. The alert may remain active for up to an hour.

⚠️ Important Safety Information
If you have a hidden or safety device that should not receive alerts:
📱 Turn it off or switch it to Airplane Mode at least 1 hour before the test.
📱 Keep it off or in Airplane Mode for 24 hours after the test.

If it's not safe to receive AusAlerts on a hidden device at any time, keep it turned off or in Airplane Mode until you need to use it.

If you're in immediate danger, call 000.
