This old pic makes me smile (not just because of your bad haircut Suz 😘). It reminds me of a message I love to give to clients looking for sparks of inspiration around what lights their fire (women who have been in the thick of the Mothering phase can often feel disconnected from what lights them up [are you nodding?]).
Looking to our childhood can give us clues and inspiration.
I always loved playing in nature - connecting to its elements, using them for potions, treasures and decoration. I just loved it, naturally, still do. I remember, I feel it, I fuel it. How about you?...

I have trouble articulating what I do! The banner is Somatic Therapy, Transformation Coaching and Wellness Mentoring, but yeah I don't mind saying, I have a knack for deeply listening to you, and reflecting what I see and hear, joining dots and making observations that help you gain clarity, feel seen and heard, and more present to your true self. I cherish witnessing your journey. 🙏💜🪄

I found another multi directional sign post!
What a sign, I mean, a sign, but also a sign... 😉
One of my favourite things, ok can I say a gift, ok I'm saying it, one of my gifts, is having a knack for helping people not only see their choices, but make decisions on their directions. To read the signs, and choose the path that most aligns with their true course.
I just love reading signs. I love helping you read signs. I love helping you chart your course.
How lucky am I to see this sign today.
