Hi everyone, 👋

Just 2 weeks to go! On Friday 4 September, I’ll be lacing up my boots and hiking a seriously long way for Coastrek - 30kms! - eek!

It will be tough, but I’m doing it for a cause that's close to my heart: Beyond Blue, supporting mental health and wellbeing across Australia.

With nearly 5 million Australians living with anxiety and depression, this hike is for them. Every blister, every aching step - it’s all worth it if it helps someone reach out and get support.

It's a fine line!
Creating a vision, clarifying your thoughts, ideas and dreams, it is so tempting to tip into controlling, but our power lies in trusting. I support you to clarify, to gain clarity, to amplify your vision, and then I help you stay present in the moment - to read the signs, to follow the cues that lead to the realisation. Not controlling, not attaching, not worrying. Ah, deep sigh.
Mentoring you on your manifesting path is so rewarding.

It's the unexpected benefits that feel the most magical.

By taking brave decisive action, hearing and heeding the call, I've shifted from being burnt out, to rekindling my inner flame. Deep sigh.

I've reminded myself of my process for healing, which has in turn reinforced the process I offer in my studio. Simple yet profound.

Over the coming months I will be refining my offerings at the Nook to reflect this clarity - shining light on how I can best support you. You can bet my signature offering will still be called Rekindling!

I shared recently that I've had a bit of a dark cloudy season.
Well let's just say it's been "raining", and my lil body n soul needs to make space to help the cloud pass.
So that's what I'm doing, I'm moving away for a few days - away from the storm and into clear skies.
Why am I sharing this?
Because part of my role as coach and guide, is to model, to demonstrate, to lead and inspire - and that takes openness.
I hope this might inspire you, you that needs it, to choose what your self needs to weather your storm.
For me, it's space, nature, clearing, reconnecting. Ahhhhh. 🙏🌧️☔🌊🌈🔥 ♥️

I was so enamored by this little dark cloud that I snapped a pic. I put my phone back in my bag, looked up, and the cloud had blown on, behind the building. It felt so symbolic, like it was meant for me. My Dad taught me a lesson as a child, using clouds, about the nature of change. I think Dad sent me this cloud, reminding me it's not just the fluffy clouds, the dark clouds too pass. It's a good reminder. If you too are feeling a lil gloomy, don't forget it will pass, that's the nature of things....
