🦁❤️🦁When the Lions Remembered They Were Lovers, Not Opponents...

There is a kind of power that does not need to dominate.
A kind of strength that does not need to harden.
A kind of love that does not ask either being to become smaller in order to belong.

That is what this image speaks to me.

Two sovereign beings.
Both crowned.
Both powerful.
Both whole.

And yet neither is at war.

Neither is posturing.
Neither is trying to win.
Neither is fighting for the throne.

They are simply meeting.

Nose to nose.
Breath to breath.
Heart to heart.

And something in that feels deeply beautiful to me.

Because maybe love was never meant to be a battleground between two powers.
Maybe it was always meant to be the place where power could soften without disappearing.
Where majesty could meet majesty.
Where strength could meet tenderness.
Where the masculine and feminine could remember they were not enemies, not competitors, not opponents…

But lovers.
Partners.
Sacred counterparts in the dance of aliveness. ✨

This image feels like a remembering.

A remembering that tenderness is not weakness.
That devotion is not defeat.
That intimacy does not require the loss of self.
And that true love does not ask us to surrender our crown…
only to wear it beside another who knows how to honour theirs. 👑
