A GRATEFUL GOODBYE AFTER A WONDERFUL JOURNEY IN AUSTRALIA 💕

As this chapter after 19 years comes to a close now, my heart is full of gratitude.

By the end of this month, I will be saying goodbye to my business ‘Balance your Life’ here in Terrey Hills and to Australia, a place that has given me so much more than I ever expected.

To all the beautiful people I had the privilege to work with I would like to say: Thank you for your trust, kindness and your openness, and for allowing me to be part of your journey. You have touched my life deeply.

To the kind and wonderful people that we as a family as well as me personally met along the way, and the friendships that grew so naturally, thank you for making this time so special.

Australia will always hold a very special place in my heart. And while this is not an easy goodbye, I truly believe it is not the end… just a “see you again.”

Our paths have crossed for a reason, and I trust they will cross again one day.

There is also a common misconception that professional support is only for crisis situations. Many people believe therapy is reserved for severe trauma, major breakdowns, or psychiatric conditions. But support does not have to begin in crisis.
