If everything feels hard right now, it’s not because you're failing !

Your nervous system might be carrying more than it was ever meant to hold.

Constantly pushing through isn't the same as truly resting.

When the body stays in survival mode for too long, even small decisions can start to feel exhausting.

Rest can feel unsafe.
Stillness can feel unfamiliar.
And saying “yes” when you mean “no” can become automatic.

This is not a weakness. It is what adaptation can look like after prolonged stress.

Healing is not about becoming a different person.
