This has been a powerful part of my most recent journey.

Being faced many situations where I’ve been deeply called forth to stand for myself.
To practise self-advocacy,
honour my truth,
and not abandon myself in the challenging situations I’ve been thrown into…

In confrontation, disagreement, challenge, moments of misalignment, & even DESIRE…..
we are given the opportunity to choose ourselves even where there may be something there we truly want,
Or thought we did….

And through this, I’ve been gifted such profound power, confidence and self-worth.

Learning to stand for myself. To stand alone. Not needing a man or woman beside me to validate or speak for me.

Because sovereignty isn’t about fighting, proving, or winning and losing.

It’s about knowing your truth, honouring your boundaries, and having the courage to stand for yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable.

And this has gifted me so much.

I love behind able to guide & support others on their journey, through the mentoring work I do.

Today I was called to remember.

Called into a day of silence and softness.

Through the lack of motivation, the thoughts and the constant chatter of the mind.

And slowly, as I allowed myself to listen, to be in the softness and not run from it, I was reminded.

Reminded, through the unravelling, of the potency that lives within our stillness.

When we can be silent enough to listen.
Still enough to feel.

And there, the wisdom returns.

The creativity and inspiration begin to flow, and it is here that I meet again the deeper parts of myself.

The parts that have been waiting patiently beneath all the noise.

There is so much potency in our stillness. So much gold within our silence.

So I ask you…

When did you last gift yourself the time to sit in stillness and silence?

To listen. To hear. To feel.

To reconnect with the wisdom, creativity and inspiration that live deep within you?

The potency and the gold that perhaps you’ve been so busy running from.

Sometimes, all we need to do is become silent enough to hear.

A woman comes to me closed, yet seeking.

Hurt, yet knowing there is something here to release.

She comes to me in trust.

She is invited into the energy of the space — and slowly, she feels safe enough to soften.

To let go.
To share.
To be held.
And eventually, to surrender into the work.

To see her leave brighter, lighter, with a shift in her energy, warms my heart and reminds me — as every client does — why I do what I do.

It is my greatest gift, blessing and absolute honour to hold space for people as I guide them back home.

Home to their truth.
Home to their body.
Home to even just a glimpse of feeling whole again.

To feel peace.
To experience deep relaxation.
To finally switch off — even if only for a few hours.

I know how much that can give someone.

And in return, I feel so blessed to receive the words people share as they come out of their session — as we return to sacred ceremony and close our time together.

They feel different.

Lighter.
Brighter.
More at ease within themselves.
More connected to their body.
More able to meet their life again.

People come to me in some of the hardest chapters of their lives.

A mother moving through separation.
Someone navigating divorce.
Grief.
Heartbreak.
Loss.
Overwhelm.

Sometimes they come simply needing somewhere safe enough to soften.

To be held within the hardship they may otherwise be carrying alone.
To find clarity amongst the noise.
To release what their body has been holding.
To remember what peace feels like.

To be trusted to hold another human being in this way is something I will never take for granted.

It is one of the greatest honours of my life.

And for that, I will be forever grateful. 🤍

Blessed for the spontaneous times in life

The moments when all the challenging times alone, questioning myself are confirmed
& I am reminded of my freedom
& the aligned life I am actually getting to live…

Jumped on my bike
Onda running alongside as we cruised down
the beach to watch the sunset
A busy day was done
We sat on the sand, cuddles in silence as we allowed the wind & ocean to swirl
around us
The inner stillness returns...
I heard the music, beat of the drums So we followed the sound... .

Our local cafe; people dancing on the street, fairy lights, a live band...
All Brasilians....
My favourite culture; always feels like home....
I met people, knew people, got to speak my favourite language, was invited. in for dinner
Danced under the stars
Cake to go....
& back on my bike cruising down the dark quiet streets of South Golden Beach,
Up over the river bridge
Home to my goddess cabin...
Blessed for these most spontaneous & liberating encounters

Within a busy, chaotic world — a world of distraction, stimulation, fast-paced living, short-term gain and endless desire — it is an absolute treasure to come back to your stillness.

To be grounded and at peace within, no matter what is happening around you.

In the deepest of challenges, the highest of stress, you walk with ease.
Your mind is a breeze.
Your heart is full.
And you are grounded, deeply rooted into the earth.

Why?

Because you care.
Because you remember who you are.
And because you choose the way in which you wish to be and to live.

Stillness does not mean that the world around you becomes still.

It means that you become the stillness within it.

This is my life’s work — creating spaces safe enough for you to soften, return to yourself, and remember who you are beneath all the noise.

This week, I went without food for four days.

And here’s why.

Fasting can offer some incredible physical benefits — yet this isn’t my only reason for choosing it.

Watch the video above to hear what actually unfolded during these four days, and why I consciously choose to abstain from food — to meet the mind, practise discipline and experience what exists beyond our habitual need to consume.

And oh wow…

The clarity of mind.
The awareness.
The presence.

For me, fasting is about so much more than simply going without food.

It’s about discovering what becomes available when I do.
