Rehab milestone unlocked 🤩⚽️

Ava has officially been cleared to return to sport and is back on the pitch after a structured rehab journey following a lumbar spine injury.

With targeted exercise prescription, strength and conditioning, load management and sport-specific reconditioning, Michelle supported Ava in rebuilding strength, confidence and capacity.

A huge credit to Ava for her commitment throughout the process.
