What a week.
Very special experience at High Spirits by Mette’s Institute .
Deeply grateful for the team and all of us who got thought this journey.

Completion of KH4 with deep work
- which means, I now can offer
•deep tissue
•deep belly work
With core of Aloha and flow as always.

It may support for releasing and opening up deeply stored/stuck energy, tension and stagnation.

Officially completed KaHuna Bodywork Level 4 at High Spirits with High Spirits by Mette’s Institute .

What an amazing journey it was.

Listening to my body and maximising the energy within.
Deeper work for releasing in the flow.
