At We Care Support Services, we’re lucky enough to work alongside some of the most passionate, dedicated, and downright beautiful humans you’ll ever meet. This crew doesn’t just show up—they give their whole heart, every single day.

To say thank you, we hosted a little Sunday social: pizza, putt putt, and plenty of laughs. 🍕⛳️ A few of our superstars couldn’t make it (because life is busy and we totally get it!), but the team spirit was absolutely alive and well.

Today, we celebrate five incredible years of growth, dedication, and impact in the lives of our clients. From our early days to now, we have evolved into a thriving provider, specialising in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, CORE/SIL supports, and Nursing Assessments.

Our success is a reflection of the remarkable individuals we support—your strength and trust drive everything we do. And, of course, our exceptional team, who bring passion, expertise, and heart to their roles every single day.

We are also proud to share that in mid-2024, we achieved full NDIS registration status - a milestone that sets the stage for even bigger things in 2025. Watch this space!

As we await the highly anticipated tropical cyclone, Alfred, I want to take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate our amazing team for their resilience, patience, and unwavering support. Each day, our team go above and beyond—not only ensuring our wonderful clients receive the care and support they need, but also working tirelessly to maintain continuity in care, supporting their teammates, while balancing their own family commitments. The way our team have stepped up this week, is truly remarkable. Their dedication never goes unnoticed, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you.

A heartfelt thank you as well to our wonderful clients and their families for entrusting us to provide the exceptional support we pride ourselves on. It is truly a privilege to be part of your journey.

Better Late Than Never… Happy New Year!

Okay, so we might be a little late to the party, but we couldn’t let the year roll on without sharing this special moment from our annual Yacht Christmas Party!

A huge shoutout to our incredible team and, just as importantly, to the families behind them—the ones who support us, roll with the unpredictable hours, and understand that support doesn’t always fit into a 9-5 schedule. Your love and flexibility make all the difference, and we couldn’t do what we do without you.
