π₯ KETTLEBELL PUSH-UPS π₯
Looking to take your push-ups to the next level? Kettlebell push-ups challenge your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core while also improving stability and control.
β
Start with your hands gripping the handles of two kettlebells placed shoulder-width apart.
β
Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your heels.
β
Lower your chest between the kettlebells in a slow, controlled motion.
β
Push through your hands to return to the starting position.
Watch out for these common mistakes:
β Hips sagging toward the floor
β Flaring your elbows too far out
β Shrugging your shoulders toward your ears
β Rushing through the movement
You know you're doing it right when:
β Your body stays rigid like a plank
β Your chest lowers evenly between the kettlebells
β Your core stays engaged throughout the movement
β You feel the work through your chest, arms, and coreβnot your lower back
This advanced variation increases your range of motion, builds upper body strength, and develops shoulder stability.
Strong, controlled reps always beat fast, messy ones. πͺ
