This time, we’re featuring the poron Reverse Morton’s and poron arch cookie.

A few weeks ago, Sam visited in Cairns to install their new 3Dr2 Scanners! 👣 He also provided training for the entire team, covering new design techniques, tips and workflow using Paromed and Paro360.

Medilogic can be used in many different ways and is a valuable tool in clinic for assessing treatment effectiveness through real-time pressure measurements.

Using in-shoe pressure measurements, clinicians can compare pre- and post- treatment data to assess loading patterns, pressure distribution, and the effectiveness of orthotic devices, modifications, and off-loading strategies.

Because the system measures pressure inside the shoe during movement, patients can perform a range of functional activities including, walking, running, squatting, standing and sport-specific movements. This allows clinicians to see exactly how the foot is loading during real-life activities and make more informed treatment decisions.

Medilogic is a great way to visualise results instantly and help optimise patient outcomes.

Orthotic Modification Series! 👣

To kick off the series, we have a poron PMP with a U-cut out around the 3rd and 4th MTPJ region. This modification provides cushioning while helping to off-load pressure from a targeted area. It may be beneficial for conditions such as Morton’s neuroma, bursitis, plantar calluses, or localised forefoot pain, where reducing pressure can improve comfort and function.
