PeakForm Physio is stoked to welcome young surfer, Oscar Jackson on board as a sponsored athlete. Osc is currently sitting 11th on the Surfing Australia Junior Series, and is as comitted to his athletic development as he is to hitting the end section (see last slide).

Proud of this young fella. started rehab on his second ACLR early 2025 and has ticked every box along the way, finally returning to play in a trial match today against takes a lot of mental fortitude to get through one, let alone two ACLR’s. Well done son!!
