The first of our workshop series will be held at Sunnybank Community Hall on Saturday 13th June.
So, if you or if you know anyone who might be interested in this event, you can book through Eventbrite or contact me directly.
These events are brought to you by "The Empowerment Collective" a group of three women who each have their own personal journey and their own set of skills and knowledge to hold sacred space for you as you reclaim yourself.
spaces are strictly limited to allow a more personal and intimate workshop.
Cost includes all workbooks, morning tea, lunch, bottled water, tea, coffee and a goodies bag.

Carl Yung once said "Solitude for me is a fount of healing which makes my life worth living. Talking is often a torment for me, and I need many days of silence to recover from the futility of words"
Poet _ Dodinsky wrote " In solitude is healing. Speak to your soul. Listen to your heart. Sometimes in the absence of noise, we find the answers.

Both of these statements have real meaning for me currently, as I have locked myself away and sat in the silence and solitude of my own space.
As a highly intuitive empath I often find I just need to withdraw to gain my balance and equilibrium again.

WHAT do you do? What brings you back to your centre? What helps you to silence the constant noise we have around us in society now?

The most important thing is to keep moving forward, at your own pace and as best you can.
