Hi All and welcome to Spring. OMG I am so excited to see the blue sky and feel the warmth of the sun on my skin. I have recently been in Victoria, and it was freeeeeeezing cold whilst I was there. Yet I caught up with family and that was the warmth my heart needed.

My 2nd book has officially been printed and is available for purchase.
Currently available direct from myself or in store at Soul Moon Cafe Wondai.
Soon to be on all the online platforms as well as an Ebook or paperback.
There will be updates on other bookshops around the SE Qld area in the coming weeks.

Now to the fun stuff, I am having an official Launch for my books, which is super exciting and nerve racking as I finally Put Myself out there as an Author.
It makes a new chapter for me, as I will be stepping more into Workshops and mentoring around my book themes.
Both of these books where 90% done when Steve passed, yet I didn't have the time or money to publish them back then. This is all very bitter sweet for me now. Yet I feel Steve there cheering me on always.

I am super proud of both my books, and this will not be the last for sure, as this writing is all very addictive and cathartic.

Have you experienced Karma, have you heard all those expressions about Karma?

At its very basic Karma is about what you give out coming back to you.
So, if you dish out or give off negative and nasty - guess what you get back and usually three-fold.
So why not just be nice, dish out positive and happiness - YES even to those who have harmed you in some way.
Send them love, send them light, thank them for the lesson and wish them well. Then release and move on.
Holding onto stuff / issues / events only harms us in the long run.
This may all sound over simplified, and for the purpose of this post it is.
If it all intrigues you or triggers in you something you want to delve into deeper. There are multiple online sources, or books on the subject.
As always, I am here to help also.

Thanks to all who attended and had a reading with me, I met some lovely people.
