A few days ago, I picked up a golf club for the very first time thanks to two of my yoga students ๐๐
Elegance was not exactly the dominant feature of my swing.
But somewhere between laughing at myself, trying to coordinate my body, adjusting my posture and missing a few balls, I remembered something we often forget in midlife:
๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ฌ ๐ง๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฒ.
It thrives on movement, challenge, adaptation, connection and play.
Somewhere along the way, many women stop trying new things as life becomes responsibility, routine, and productivity.
Yet neuroplasticity - our brainโs incredible ability to adapt and create new pathways - responds to:
* New experiences โ learning, moving differently, being a beginner * And connection - laughing with others, doing something simply because it feels good.
What are you ready to experience this week that fills your heart and cares for your brain?
