Meet Will! One of the Directors of STATIM.

Born and raised in Toowoomba, Will has spent more than 20 years working across healthcare in regional Queensland, starting as an AIN and working through a range of clinical and leadership roles along the way.

STATIM was built from a genuine passion for rural and regional healthcare and a belief that strong health and aged care services are a huge part of what keeps communities thriving.

A lot of what drives Will comes back to people, the teams you work beside, the mentors who shape you, and the relationships built through healthcare over time. Within STATIM, Will’s role is focused on supporting the clinical operations team and, by extension, the nurses, clinicians, and facilities STATIM works alongside. He also works closely with partners and healthcare services to explore practical and different ways of improving outcomes across health and aged care.

Outside of work, Will values family, strong relationships, staying connected to his community, and creating a life centred around health, balance, and helping the people around him grow into the best version of themselves.

• Appropriate for healthcare environments
• Not contain offensive, political or inappropriate imagery
• Maintain a professional appearance
STATIM ID badges and name badges must still be worn.
