PROJECT LEAN IS BACK!

10 weeks designed to help you better understand your nutrition, improve your health and build habits you can actually maintain.

Led by Accredited Practising Dietitian Abby Comeau and supported by The Fit Lab team, Project Lean combines nutrition education, exercise coaching, body composition tracking, personalised recommendations and ongoing accountability.

Whether you're looking to improve your nutrition, build strength and fitness, change your body composition or simply feel more confident in your choices - Project Lean gives you the tools and support to get there.

* Baseline Testing: 7 September
* Official Start: 14 September

* $300 upfront or $35 per week for 10 weeks

Applications are now open for The Fit Lab’s 2027 School-Based Traineeships, offering students entering Grade 11 in 2027 the opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience, paid employment and a nationally recognised qualification while completing school.

Choose your pathway:

⚡ MAIN GYM | Certificate III in Fitness
Build experience in gym operations, member engagement, exercise instruction and customer service.
Career pathways: Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, Gym Management or further study in health, fitness and exercise science.

⚡ HIGH PERFORMANCE | Certificate III in Fitness
Gain experience in exercise delivery, athlete preparation, equipment management and training session support.
Career pathways: Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training, Athlete Development, Sports Coaching or further study in exercise and sports science.

⚡ ALLIED HEALTH | Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
Gain hands-on experience in healthcare administration, client support, therapy preparation and equipment management.
Career pathways: Allied Health and broader healthcare careers.
