PSA. Turn your phone off.. it stops all of the messages and calls asking when your induction is or the comments saying you can’t go past your due date 🤪

Baby will come when baby is ready.

Here is my client at 41 weeks as labour started spontaneously and baby was in her arms 5 hours later at home 🫶🏼

It doesn’t have to be this way..

Your mind going crazy over the “what ifs”, the pain is going to be too much, what even happens once I am in labour.. it all feels too much.

You can let go of all of the worry, the doubt and unknowns by learning what actually happens to your body in labour, how to manage and welcome the pain, having practical informed decision making tools so you know how to make choices when the time comes, and knowing how to actually change your mindset from fearful to confident.. it all starts to feel less scary.
